how can i own a house

i am 37 years old, female civil servant. currently i am living in a government house. i am so depressed, the house is in very bad condition, i have bought a plot..0.11Ha, i have building plans ready... i took a loan of 400,000 three years ago which a have cleared paying,,this money though was not enough, so i thought it wise not to start yet... the money is invested in shares now.. where on earth will i get enough money for me to develop this plot and live in my own house? who can help? the banks can not help... they can only give me 1.5m which will take me half-way.. i need 2.5m at least... if you have any advice please rescue me.. i am ready to spare 15,000 every month towards this project Click here to read or post comments. |
