Business Kenya - Visas

Commonwealth countries citizens, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Ethiopia, San Marion, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Turkey and Uruguay do not require visas.

However, it would be good to check with your local Kenyan High Commission or Embassy as the laws may change from time to time.

Business Visa applications require certain documents as listed below.

• Valid passport

• Visa application form

• Business Letter This letter should contain details of the nature of business to be performed, length of stay, name and address of where you shall stay in Kenya and or your business contact in Kenya. It may also include your name and should declare that the company sending you is financially able to cater for all your expenses.

  This letter must be addressed to the Embassy of Kenya, it must be on a letter head and should be signed by someone in your company other than yourself.

• Passport Photos Travel Document (Plane ticket or travel itinerary will do just fine)

• Proof of financial ability (at least 3 months bank statements) You may submit these documents to The Kenyan Embassy in your region.
